Changes in the management of EJOT SE & Co. KG

The EJOT Group is positioning itself for the future with a strategic leadership realignment: Sedat Aricioglu has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EJOT SE & Co. KG. Born in Istanbul, he succeeds Christian F. Kocherscheidt, who will transition to the holding company EJOT Finance Verwaltungs-SE as Managing Director.

Sedat Aricioglu has more than 20 years of international experience within the EJOT Group. His career includes serving as Managing Director of the EJOT Tezmak joint venture, contributing to the establishment of the former Russian business, and leading the Market Unit Construction (MUC) across multiple countries—most recently as Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

Dr. Andrea Camola, formerly Managing Director of EJOT Austria, will succeed Sedat Aricioglu as CSO of the MUC. With his expertise, Dr. Camola will further strengthen the global orientation of the Market Unit Construction.

A leadership change is also taking place in the finance department: Christian Arnoldi will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the EJOT Group. He succeeds Wolfgang Bach, who is also moving to EJOT Finance Verwaltungs-SE. Christian Arnoldi most recently served as CFO for the Asia-Pacific region at the Taicang site in China and brings extensive international financial and management experience to the role.

With these changes, EJOT is sending a strong signal of continuity, global perspective and future-oriented leadership.
