EJOT TSSD® "Stoffschlussdom termico"

EJOT TSSD® ("Stoffschlussdom termico")è stato sviluppato come prodotto all'interno del processo di assemblaggio con l'obiettivo di unire i componenti in materiale plastico rinforzato in fibra (soprattutto il loro spessore di strato).
Il procedimento di assemblaggio è adatto sia per i pannelli sandwich con strutture a nido d'ape o in schiuma (con diversi strati di spessore) sia per clorofluorocarburi (CFC) e vetroresina.
Nel processo di assemblaggio il Kunststoffdom (in materiale termoplastico) viene inserito direttamente nel componente in materiale plastico utilizzando un numero di giri e un carico assiale costante e definito in fase di test.

TSSD® APPLICATION CHECK

For process reliable fastening of components in honeycomb and foam core structures with different cover layers, EJOT has developed the "TSSD" (thermal adhesive bonding boss), an innovative product including joining process. For the TSSD® joining process, a new online tool is now available, where the user can find standard values which are based on numerous trials.
